- 250 gr ricotta cheese
- 150 gr sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 200 gr all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 gr cranberries (fresh or dried)
- 100 gr melted butter
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a baking tray.
