The area of Elia is linked to the Syntichakis family history. On a quiet hill, a few kilometers outside of Heraklion, on the island of Crete, is the village of Elia where the family farm is based. The team takes daily care of the hens and controls the egg production process from beginning to end.

Our team consists mainly of locals that come from the village and are all part of our extended family. Most of them have been working with us for years, and are now an integral part of our company. In addition, the farm’s staff is constantly trained in order to maintain our services at the highest level possible.
