Protein Crepes – A Quick & Healthy Breakfast

These light, thin, and nutritious protein crêpes are perfect for a healthy breakfast or a post-workout snack. Made with just a few ingredients, they’re high in protein and pair beautifully with sweet or savory toppings.

Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 scoop (30g) protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 60 ml milk of your choice (e.g., almond, coconut, dairy)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Coconut oil or butter for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk well until smooth, or blend using a hand mixer.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or butter.
  3. Pour a small amount of the batter into the skillet and tilt to spread into a thin crêpe.
  4. Cook for 1–2 minutes on each side until set.
  5. Serve with toppings like yogurt, fruit, honey, or even savory options like egg or avocado.
