Description
This banana bread is soft, moist, and full of flavor. The ripe bananas provide natural sweetness, while the melted butter and vanilla make it simply irresistible. Perfect for breakfast or a snack anytime during the day.
Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas (the more brown spots, the better)

2 eggs

75g melted butter

150g sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

190g all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

50g chopped walnuts or chocolate (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan (about 22×12 cm).

In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.

Add the eggs, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix well.

In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon (if using).

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.

If desired, fold in the walnuts or chocolate.

Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let the banana bread cool for 10-15 minutes before removing it from the pan.
