It\u2019s the ultimate dessert for any occasion.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Servings: 8<\/strong><br \/>\nPrep Time: 10 minutes<br \/>\nBake Time: 25 minutes<br \/>\nSyrup Soak Time: 10\u201315 minutes<br \/>\nTotal Time: 45\u201350 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For the chocolate pie:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n<li>150 g sugar<\/li>\n<li>150 ml sunflower oil<\/li>\n<li>150 ml milk<\/li>\n<li>200 g self-rising flour<\/li>\n<li>50 g unsweetened cocoa powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the syrup:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 ml water<\/li>\n<li>200 g sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp cocoa powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Optional: vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, fresh berries<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy. Add the oil, milk, vanilla, and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder and gradually add them to the wet ingredients. Mix until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for about 25 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, prepare the syrup: In a small pot, bring the water, sugar, and cocoa to a boil.
