Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use a spoon to make small wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each well.
