Served with powdered sugar or chocolate, they elevate any breakfast or dessert!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredients (Makes 10):<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">500 gr all-purpose flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">80 gr sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tsp dry yeast<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">150 ml lukewarm water<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 eggs<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">190 g unsalted butter, diced and at room temperature<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">180 g pearl sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>For serving:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Powdered sugar or melted chocolate<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Instructions<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Prepare the dough:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, eggs, and butter. Add the yeast mixture and stir to form a soft, sticky dough.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Rest the dough:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Add the remaining flour and butter. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes. Knead again until the dough is smooth and no longer sticky.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Shape and cook the waffles:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Roll the dough into a 30&#215;30 cm square, sprinkle with pearl sugar, and roll it into a log.
