The egg whites are whipped into a fluffy \u201ccloud\u201d and baked until they form a souffl\u00e9-like texture, while the yolk stays soft and runny.   • 2 slices whole-grain bread (toasted)<\/li>\n
  • A pinch of salt<\/li>\n
  • Chili flakes<\/li>\n
  • Fresh chives, finely chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Separate the eggs:<\/strong> Carefully separate whites and yolks. Place whites in a bowl and yolks in small dishes.<\/li>\n
    2. Whip the whites:<\/strong> Beat until stiff peaks form.<\/li>\n
    3. Shape the clouds:<\/strong> Preheat oven to 190\u00b0C (374\u00b0F). Form two mounds of whipped whites on parchment paper and create indentations in the center.<\/li>\n
    4. First bake:<\/strong> Bake 5\u20136 minutes until the surface sets.<\/li>\n
    5. Add the yolk:<\/strong> Place one yolk into each indentation.<\/li>\n
    6. Second bake:<\/strong> Bake another 3\u20134 minutes until the yolk is slightly set but still runny.<\/li>\n
    7. Serving:<\/strong> Toast the bread, top with cloud eggs, and garnish with salt, chili flakes, and chives.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
